job responsibilities:
- customer requests handling: product identification, price & delivery time calculation, preparation of commercial offers.
- order registration/maintenance in sap
- order monitoring and safeguarding that we follow the conditions in contracts
- communication with other departments (logistics, finance, sales department, purchasing)
- issuing invoices and control of payments.
- participating in contract preparation and implementation.
- preparation of sales documents and control of shipments
- supports deliveries for claims and assists with the associated financial control of such deliveries.
- correspondence with customers.
- co-operation with warehouse in dispatch/ delivery processes.
- reporting.
- communication with foreign colleagues (emails, calls, meetings)
required skills & experience:
- higher education (preferably in engineering / logistics);
- working experience (more than 3 years) in sales, logistics (preferably in machinery manufacturing) at a customer service position;
- strong communication skills to manage external interfaces;
- intermediate english language skills (written and spoken);
- pc advanced user;
- working experience with erp-systems, sap knowledge is an advantage;
- excel advanced user;
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactivity, strong communication and stress resistance, ability to work as a team player.
